Montréal now is my new home, the food is good not as many spices as Toronto, yet but it has the look of one of France’s regional. it is interesting, I am a professional chef can wait for the cold season to be over and take a tripe to the locals farmers and see theirs harvests, I always have being a big fan of natural resource, rather than having a food chain suppliers deliver me food (to the my restaurant) or going to the local supermarket to pick it up, I am food enthusiasm love to go directly to the source, farmers can answer all my question about food, love to cook local ingredients, using fresh product and organic when it is possible, is the one of best way to a memorable and enjoyable dinner and staying healthy.
(I've got only one purpose in life, Eat, Try Everything, Anything, Anywhere. After all, we all want to be happy and food is what makes me happy. (And while we're at it, we may as well be adventurous with what we eat).
