I have a problem paying via phone

  • Activation of the VIP account while paying by phone usually takes place immediately after the transaction, but sometimes it extends to several minutes.
  • Payments made by phone are available for the following operators in Poland: Orange, Plus, Play, T-Mobile and Netia, both for postpaid and prepaid users.
  • To agree to pay by phone and set a limit on your network, send a text message with the limit you want to set to your operator: Orange: a text message to 303 with the content: LIMIT 200, T-Mobile: a text message to 303 with the content: LIMIT 200, Plus: a text message to 2601 with the content: LIMITUFOR 200, Play: a text message to 303 with the content: 200. Available limit amounts: PLN 70, PLN 100, PLN 200, PLN 300, PLN 400.
  • Make sure you rewrite the code correctly.
  • If you have not signed up for the service, make sure that you are not completely blocked from premium, direct billing, subscription services or 18+ services with your operator, then try to make the payment again.
  • If you have been subscribed to the service but the payment attempt has been rejected, make sure that your spending limit for premium, direct billing or subscription services is not set too low, and if you have a prepaid card, that there are sufficient funds in your account.
  • Before you make another payment attempt, first unsubscribe from the service and then try to pay again.
  • If the funds have been charged but the VIP account has not been activated, file a complaint on the website of the payment operator.
