I have a problem paying with a bank transfer

  • Activation VIP account by online transfer takes place immediately after the transaction is completed. Activation VIP account takes up to 3 business days if the payment is made by cash or international bank transfer.
  • Make sure the details provided at the time of the payment were correct and there were sufficient funds available as well.
  • If you want to make a payment from a bank outside the list, a foreign bank or a postal transfer, select the payment option by bank transfer and then "Traditional transfer" and make a bank transfer or postal transfer using the details provided on the payment operator's website. It is important that the account number, transfer title and amount are the same as provided on the payment provider's website.
  • Each subsequent payment by bank transfer must be made with a new transfer title. If you have paid by bank transfer before, do not make another one with the same title. To generate a new title, start a new payment on the "Verification & VIP" page. It is important that the account number, transfer title and amount are the same as provided on the payment provider's website.
  • If the payment has not been made, then make sure you have confirmed the transaction in your bank.
  • If the funds have been charged but the VIP account has not been activated, file a complaint on the website of the payment operator.
