I want to disable VIP or SUPER VIP account renewal

  • The VIP or SUPER VIP account renewal can be switched off at any time by unchecking the option - "Renew myVIP or SUPER VIP account automatically", which is located in the " Settings" tab.
  • A subscription purchased in advance will remain active for the entire period for which it was paid even if renewal is deactivated.
  • If you conducted payment via a bank transfer or BLIK, the option is unavailable because VIP or SUPER VIP account purchased this way are not automatically renewed.
  • To switch on the renewal of a VIP account, you have to make another payment.
